Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Delivery Services. Proof of postage will be kept and The Eternal
Maker cannot be held responsible for any loss in post.
Packages sent using Recorded Delivery Services require a signature on delivery. If no one is available
when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point.
Remittance Terms
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Please make cheques payable to
The Eternal Maker. Goods remain the property of The Eternal Maker until payment is received in full.
Returns & Cancellation
We try at all times to deliver good which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. And agreed refund will be made within 30 days. Other items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact us on 01243 788174 or by
e-mailing us at sales@eternalmaker.com prior to sending them back. In the event of goods being faulty, we
will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. We advise sending goods back by a
signed for service.
